About the Role

This is a hands-on digital marketing role where you'll be responsible for growing our visibility, engagement, and sales across organic and paid channels. You'll manage and optimise our website's SEO performance, run Meta and Google Ads campaigns, and ensure our brand is visible where our customers are searching and scrolling.

In addition to your digital work, you'll play a valuable part in the day-to-day running of the business by lending a hand to the sales team -- assisting showroom visitors, answering customer queries, and contributing to our overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
    • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices
    • Monitor and improve site structure, internal linking, and technical SEO performance
    • Develop and execute link building strategies with a focus on quality and authority
    • Track rankings and produce monthly SEO performance reports
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Social
    • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
    • Analyse performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and adjust campaigns for maximum return
    • Manage advertising budgets across multiple platforms
  • Social Media Marketing
    • Develop and schedule engaging social media content aligned with campaign plans
    • Manage posting, engagement, and growth across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
    • Support influencer and user-generated content campaigns in partnership with the wider team
  • Sales & Customer Support
    • Assist the sales team with in-store customer service as needed
    • Support with customer enquiries via email or phone in a professional, brand-aligned manner
    • Help maintain a warm and welcoming environment in the showroom
    • Ensure all customer interactions reflect our high standards and premium brand ethos
  • Digital Content & Reporting
    • Collaborate with content and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
    • Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on digital performance and campaign ROI
    • Stay updated on digital trends, Google algorithm changes, and best practices

We're Looking For Someone Who Is...

  • Experienced in SEO, Google Ads, Meta advertising, and social media marketing
  • Confident using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs
  • Data-driven but creative -- someone who can balance optimisation with storytelling
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines
  • Passionate about interiors, e-commerce, and the power of digital brand-building
  • Customer-focused, confident in face-to-face communication, and aligned with our values
  • Organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership of performance marketing
