Cotswold Collections is a classic womenswear clothing company based in Cheltenham known for timeless design, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a talented and creative Fashion & Digital Marketing Co‑ordinator to join our Marketing team.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in promoting the brand and delivering engaging online experiences across our website, email marketing, and digital channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Merchandising and Product Design team, as well as external partners, you’ll ensure our online presence reflects the quality of our collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Cotswold Collections website: upload new product ranges, design landing pages, maintain visuals, and ensure accurate, engaging content.
• Create and distribute email campaigns, writing compelling copy and designing layouts.
• Produce digital Look Books, promotional content, and imagery for online advertising.
• Manage social media content creation and brand storytelling.
• Analyse and report on web, email, and social media performance.
• Co‑ordinate product and campaign photography, videos, and online assets.
• Collaborate with external agencies to enhance digital functionality and performance.

About You

• Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or fashion retail.
• Strong design and visual skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent copywriting, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• Confident working across multiple projects and departments in a fast‑paced environment.
