Overview

Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their London office. The role involves managing the firm’s website and digital platforms, delivering content, ensuring accessibility and compliance, driving SEO and analytics, supporting PR and marketing campaigns, training staff, coordinating with vendors, and improving performance through data-driven digital strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day content management across the firm’s website, microsites, and digital tools.
  • Deliver complex content tasks, support PR with news posting, and ensure accessibility compliance and user experience improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement SEO initiatives, campaigns, and new web designs.
  • Run and interpret analytics using Google Analytics and Data Studio, providing recommendations for site performance.
  • Contribute to digital marketing by enhancing traffic, click-through rates, and user journey mapping, including SEO keywords and hashtags.
  • Partner with business development, marketing, and design teams to deliver online strategies and high-impact graphics.
  • Train staff in content management duties and stay updated on new digital technologies to guide adoption.
  • Support operations by managing vendors, ensuring legal/security compliance, setting governance processes, and tracking budgets.

The Candidate

  • Degree or professional qualification in digital marketing (preferred) with at least 3 years’ experience managing websites/online platforms, ideally in legal or professional services.
  • Proven experience with Content Management Systems and basic understanding of HTML/website technologies.
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SEO, and website accessibility standards.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented attitude.
