Overview

My well established client based in Wolverhampton are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the company due to growth and expansion. This is to elevate their online presence through strategic campaigns and impactful visuals.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that promote the company's services, brand, and projects.
• A key aspect of this role involves photography and visual storytelling—capturing high-quality images of projects, locations and teams to showcase their expertise and professionalism across digital platforms
• Capture professional images of ongoing and completed projects, staff, equipment & events
• Edit and prepare photographs for use across digital and print platforms
• Plan, create & execute digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Manage company presence across social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
• Produce engaging graphics, short videos and case studies
• Ensure all digital content aligns with company's brand, identity and tone
• Write clear, professional copy for posts, newsletters and promotional materials.
• Track & analyse digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms and social media insights
• Report on KPI's and suggest data-driven improvements to campaigns

Key Skills

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within construction, engineering, or B2B industries.
• Strong photography skills with a solid portfolio (experience in industrial or commercial photography is a plus).
• Proficiency in photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Knowledge of digital platforms and tools (SEO, Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools).
• Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and on-site at project locations.
• If you hold any marketing qualifications this would be advantageous.
• Must be a driver and have your own transport to travel to various locations across the West Midlands
