What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute creative social media content to engage our audience and grow brand awareness.
• Manage our social media platforms with a strong understanding of trends, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Create, design, and schedule impactful marketing emails, with an eye for detail and strong technical skills to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with broader digital campaigns, from concept to execution, across paid and organic channels.
• Track performance and report on campaign results, using insights to refine future activity.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
• A strong creative eye – confident in crafting engaging visuals and copy.
• Technical know-how with email marketing platforms (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a bonus).
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and performance tracking tools.
• A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach to work.
• Must be able to work from our Lincoln office full-time.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary tailored to your experience and the value you can bring to the role. For the right candidate with the right blend of creativity and technical expertise, we anticipate this will be in the region of £25,000–£30,000 per year
