Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain loyal guests. This role will require a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and an understanding of the hospitality industry’s unique customer journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and paid advertising channels.
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Create engaging social media content and manage the brand’s presence across key platforms.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality digital assets, including photography, video, and written content.
  • Support the delivery of seasonal and promotional marketing activities aligned with brand strategy.
  • Maintain awareness of hospitality and digital marketing trends, ensuring the brand remains competitive and relevant.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within the hospitality, leisure, or tourism sectors.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to tailor content to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms and marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
