Social Media Management: create social media plans for LinkedIn and YouTube. Create engaging content and use tools for scheduling and tracking performance to refine strategies. PPC: Working with our external consultant to effectively coordinate and develop PPC performance. Search Engine Optimisation: Optimise and create new engaging website content, conduct keyword research, and improve content to increase search engine visibility. Email Marketing: Enhance email marketing through website integration. Utilise customer data from the site for personalised campaigns, automation workflows, and improved engagement. Omni Channel Connection: support omni‑channel strategies. Coordinate messaging and promotions across online platforms, aligning with the website for seamless customer experiences and increased brand engagement. Analytics and Reporting: Analyse performance of digital marketing channels to identify growth opportunities and increase enquiries for the business. As well as monthly reports of each channel's performance. Market Research: Research industry developments across digital channels to identify opportunities for innovation and feedback to the team any findings, which can be implemented to improve growth.

Experience in B2B social media: Experienced in tailored content creation. Eager to learn and contribute to engaging social campaigns. Social Media Tools Proficiency: Experienced in using social scheduling tools and content creation platforms like Canva. Google Ads: Interest in PPC, with an eagerness to learn and contribute to optimising campaigns. Proactive Marketing Mindset: Takes initiative in exploring and implementing innovative marketing techniques to drive growth. Collaborative Nature: Works well in a team environment, open to collaborating with members across the marketing team and external consultants. Organised and Detail‑Oriented: Can work on multiple projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time. Clear Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with team members and external partners. Adaptable and Enthusiastic: Can adjust to a dynamic work environment, eager to learn and contribute to digital growth initiatives.
