What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be a hands‑on, proactive Digital Marketing Executive leading our growing Affiliate Marketing Programme, working closely on SEO, and handling a variety of marketing projects. You’ll also support PPC (maternity cover) and help keep our marketing operations running smoothly.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who can juggle multiple projects and take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Marketing: manage and grow the affiliate marketing programme, build relationships with partners, liaise with our affiliate partner Tradedoubler, track performance, optimise campaigns, and onboard new partners.
  • SEO Support: work with an external SEO consultant to execute strategies, contribute to on‑page optimisation, content ideas, and technical SEO tweaks, monitor rankings and site performance.
  • PPC (Maternity Cover): assist in planning, running, and optimising Google Ads and Bing Ads, monitor results, and support weekly/monthly reporting to meet KPIs.
  • Wider Digital Support: assist with website management, CRO, content production, CMS support, E‑CRM or personalisation projects, and other digital channels as needed.
  • Direct Marketing Support: assist the Head of Direct Marketing with brochures, flyers, leaflets, and occasional newspaper adverts; ensure on‑brand and synergistic outputs.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need to have:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a rounded marketing role; proven affiliate marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC principles; strong copywriting, communication, and proofreading skills.
  • Organised, able to juggle multiple projects; thrives in a fast-paced but productive team.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team; strong research and analytical skills.
  • Microsoft Office and experience with reporting/analytics tools (including Google Analytics).
  • Experience working with agencies or consultants; passion for travel/leisure.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with affiliate networks (e.g., Tradedoubler) and PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Experience using Google Search Console or other SEO tools; CMS familiarity with CRO knowledge.
  • Marketing-related degree; experience in a B2C environment.
