What you’ll do
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our business development and marketing efforts across our various digital platforms and technologies.
You'll be part of a team that shapes the firm's digital presence and supports high profile campaigns and events. Working closely with colleagues across the Client Development team, you'll help deliver high quality digital content and ensure the smooth running of our digital channels.
In this role, you’ll:
- Website and content management - Create and manage engaging content for our website, including insightful articles and awareness pieces, and assist with general copywriting.
- Social media delivery - Support social media management across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms by auditing our presence, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping to grow our online profile.
- SEO & Organic Visibility -Increase organic traffic and search visibility by supporting technical and content SEO efforts.Maintain and update our online presence across web profiles (website, Chambers, Legal500, LinkedIn) and manage Google/Trustpilot reviews.
- Email marketing communication -Support the development and best practice use of our email marketing system.
- Collaborate for content – Collaboratively work with others to produce content for articles and case studies, using SEO tools to support content ideas.
- Competitor and market research – Assist with keeping an eye on trends and new technologies to identify new opportunities and leverage a competitive edge.
- Analytics & reporting –Support with general admin, including retrieving and analysing data from platforms like Google analytics, Google Console, ClickDimensions and Social Media platforms.
- Brand guardian – Ensure brand consistency by helping create marketing and social media assets, making sure all email and website materials align with brand guidelines and digital best practice.

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:
- Experience and a keen interest in marketing/business development, ideally within a law firm professional services environment.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to draft and edit clear, engaging content.
- Knowledge and skills of WordPress, Social Media platforms, Email Marketing and SEO tools including AHrefs and current digital trendsand their use in a professional context.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Great organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach, ready to contribute to a busy department.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- And you'll share our passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.
