What were looking for

• Digital know-how: Youve got at least three years experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment. Youre confident with website CMS platforms, SEO best practices, Google Analytics (GA4), A/B testing, and digital campaign tools.
• Content creation: Whether its writing copy for a new landing page, optimising a meta description, or crafting a social media post you know how to make words and visuals work together to engage audiences.
• Data-driven mindset: You love analysing performance metrics and using insights to tweak, test, and improve campaigns across digital channels.
• Collaborative energy: Youre great at working with others whether its chatting with a developer, briefing a designer, or presenting results to senior stakeholders.
• Bonus points if youre familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM systems, but most importantly, were looking for someone whos proactive, organised, and always up for a new challenge.
