In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Inbound Performance Team, helping to shape and deliver paid media, SEO, and digital lead generation campaigns that fuel growth.Department: MarketingLocation: Cardiff, UK ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day execution of all paid advertising accounts across Google Ads and Bing, social, maintaining and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and all top-level account metrics.Work with the inbound and creative teams to develop campaign assets, such as ads, emails, and landing pages, that are aligned with brand guidelines and optimised for conversion.Monitor KPIs set by the Inbound Performance Team with third-party agencies, to ensure that they are on track to cost effectively deliver paid and organic performance.Manage the regular reporting suite of the marketing performance activity and ensure all activity has clearly defined KPIs with appropriate analytics in place.Work with the Inbound Performance Team and third parties to deliver quantity and quality of inbound organic leads through effective technical and content lead and SEO tactics.Work with external agencies to manage digital and programmatic media planning, forecasting, and performance. What you’ll need to be successfulYou’ll bring hands-on experience from a fast-paced B2B environment, where you’ve successfully managed performance marketing strategies across PPC, Paid Social, and SEO. You should be confident in shaping acquisition strategies that span all digital channels, and you know how to deliver impact and drive growth. Beyond technical expertise, you’re a strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to craft content that resonates with different audiences.
