About The Role Contractual Hours 21 hours per week About The Role To play an active role in the delivery and optimization of UCAS Media’s Paid Media campaigns. This role will focus mainly on paid social activity. Day to day, the post holder will support the setup, management, and reporting of campaigns across platforms including Facebook & Instagram, Google Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok for offsite activity. The role involves working closely with UCAS Sales Account Managers and clients to scope requirements, implement campaigns, and continually optimise performance to achieve the best possible results.
Plan, build, and deliver Paid Media campaigns across digital platforms, with a primary focus on Paid Social. Gain experience across additional Paid Media channels to support a varied portfolio of campaigns. Interpret and action campaign briefs or bookings accurately, ensuring requirements are translated into effective campaign setups and ongoing optimisation to achieve agreed KPIs and drive the best possible results. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, using strong organisational and time management skills to balance priorities and ensure deadlines are consistently met. Monitor and optimise live campaigns proactively, analysing performance data, adjusting targeting or creative, and troubleshooting issues to maximise success. Provide informed advice and support to colleagues, sales teams, and clients on media planning, campaign strategies, and technical platform queries. Contribute to reporting and insights, highlighting campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations.
Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and building campaigns. Previous experience of working in a digital marketing role. Technical / logical thinker. Proficient in communicating via telephone, email and face‑to‑face. Strong admin and sales support skills with a good level of organisational skills and methodological approach. Previous experience of using Salesforce is desirable but not essential. Effective planning, co‑ordination and time management skills. Attention to detail and process driven. Working knowledge of excel or similar interpret and manipulate data for reporting. Able to meet deadlines and perform under pressure. Highly motivated to learn and grow.
Package £25,000 (Pro rata) – 21 hours per week
