PingPong Digital is on the lookout for a passionate and creative Chinese Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies tailored specifically for the Chinese market. Your expertise will help enhance our clients\' visibility, engagement, and growth within this crucial demographic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, and content marketing, specifically targeting the Chinese market
• Manage and optimise paid media and PPC campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of budget to achieve maximum ROI
• Create engaging content, including written posts, visuals, and videos, tailored to resonate with Chinese audiences
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing data to drive strategic improvements
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling marketing materials that align with client objectives and brand guidelines
• Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing and Chinese social media landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a Chinese marketing context
• Strong understanding of various Chinese digital platforms, including WeChat, Weibo, XHS, Douyin and Baidu
• Proficient in creating engaging content for digital platforms, with strong writing skills in both Mandarin and English
• Experience with data analysis tools and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising tools)
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
