The role involves creating and implementing engaging content, tracking the performance of digital activity & campaigns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment with product launches, promotions, and brand messaging.

Job Role:
Designing and creating digital content for social media
Managing and implementing marketing photography library
Creating artwork using Adobe Suite, planning and creating Instagram Reels / TikTok videos
Assisting in creating and developing digital marketing plans and defining campaign schedules in line with product launches
Maintaining and developing multiple social media channels for both lead-generation and branding purposes
Researching & coming up with topic ideas, coordinating and booking slots for our active YouTube channel
Assisting with all digital marketing budgets, track campaign results and suggest improvements for future campaigns
Planning and running competitions across social channels
Event implementation from a digital POV
Supporting, creating and implementing PPC campaigns
Monitoring and analysing campaign performance with support from Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Supporting Senior Digital Marketing Executive with execution of influencer program
Assisting with protecting the brand reputation through social monitoring
Creating E-shots for 3rd party bookings, liaising with 3rd party suppliers to book and supply content
Monitoring analytics of email performance with feedback on future developments
Supporting email communications and development of in-house email marketing Website content monitoring, liaising with design team and SEO analyst
Uploading of supporting marketing material to company portals
Supporting with the creation and research of 3rd party website advertising
Collaborating with Offline Marketing/Communications team to research, develop and implement marketing campaigns
Implementing digital outreach campaigns across email and social media platforms.
Align digital activity with event or press activity
Liaise with Technical & Technical Engagement department to ensure digital campaigns align with business objectives
Following up deliverables for any agreed partnerships or competitions
Assisting with research opportunities to support digital activity
Following existing company processes, providing valuable feedback and insights
Tracking and updating tasks with our project management system
Working closely with Senior Digital Marketing Executive to constructively review and develop digital marketing processes
Contributing to monthly digital reporting procedure including but not limited gathering stats and adding own analysis to support with future learnings
Maintaining accurate records and project management across multiple digital platforms
Acting as a brand guardian ensuring digital materials are consistent in tone of voice, messaging and visual identity
Skills and experience:
4 years experience in a previous digital marketing role or similar
Knowledge of a wide range of digital marketing techniques and concepts within social media, emailing marketing and digital campaign implementation
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Excellent written and communication skills (digital specific)
Ability to adapt content to support multiple audiences (B2B and B2C) and platforms.
Experience with managing social campaigns from start to finish on Facebook, X, Linked in Instagram and TikTok.
Confident, reliable, hardworking individual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Extensive knowledge of Hootsuite or similar social media scheduling program.
Competent in Adobe Suite and Canva
Proven experience in creating Instagram Reels
Experience working with brand guidelines to maintain a high standard within brand messaging across all digital activity
Experience in using email building software
Understanding of SEO keywords and Digital Marketing or CIM qualification is advantageous
