Location: Hammersmith, London | Hybrid: 4 days in the office, with either Monday or Friday from home

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll help bring the shopDisney experience to life across Europe, supporting brand and performance marketing campaigns that delight fans and drive engagement.

This is a hands-on opportunity to support campaign planning, content coordination, and digital execution across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our marketing activity is timely, targeted, and true to the Disney brand.

What You'll Do

  • Support the implementation of the EMEA marketing calendar, coordinating content, photography, copywriting, and publishing.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of brand campaigns, including PR and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate media reporting and share insights to inform future planning.
  • Stay on top of evolving digital trends and support the team's "test and learn" initiatives.
  • Provide ad hoc support for affiliate, blogger, and partner events, including screenings and product presentations.
  • Set up marketing promotions in partnership with online merchandising and production teams.
  • Coordinate online competitions, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
  • Support the CRM Manager with email marketing planning and creation.
  • Brief and coordinate the development of digital creative assets with the brand and image design team.
  • Assist Marketing Managers with Paid Search, Paid Social, and SEO strategies, liaising with agency partners as needed.
  • Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and support finance administration.
  • Provide general administrative support including presentations, product samples, and order coordination.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in digital and social media marketing environment
  • Experience in an office-based retail environment an advantage
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Khoros/Spreadfast) and basic HTML (preferred).
  • Understanding of how brands use social media tools.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
  • Cultural sensitivity and a flexible, proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
