The role will lead on Kisharon Langdon’s digital marketing efforts within a highly driven, fast paced marketing team.Key Responsibilities• To work with the Director of Marketing and Communications across the organisation to manage and deliver the marketing and communications strategy.• To grow and manage paid and organic social channels like Meta Platforms, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and more.• To work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy for 2025-27.• To lead on planning and creating engaging digital content across social media (this includes across channels using videos, reels, static posts, GIFs, etc.) to showcase appeals, services, events and raise awareness of our work.• To project manage the development of phase two of our main website, including working with our digital agency to address the design, needs, functionality, possibilities and accessibility functions of the website.• To look after other websites owned by Kisharon Langdon services to ensure website security and compliance and working with them to establish strategies for updates, engagement, consolidation where appropriate, and development.• To work with external suppliers, agencies, copywriters, photographers etc. as required.About YouEducated to degree level in a relevant specialism (e.g. English, Media, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design) or equivalent professional experience.To have flexibility to work out of hours/weekends when necessaryDemonstrable previous experience in a digital marketing role with knowledge of managing websitesExperience delivering multi-media, multi-channel digital campaigns that increase traffic, engagement and conversionsConfident user of main social platforms – LinkedIn, X, YouTube, InstagramExcellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and comfortable with changing volumes of workloadIncrease storytelling and showcasing case studies across the organisationPrevious experience of working in the social care / charity sector.What we offer21 days holiday which increases with length of service, plus bank holidays and Major Jewish holidaysBlue light card – access to more than 15,000 discounts from large national & local retailersEyecare benefits – via Vision ExpressLong service recognition and reward & employer referral bonusSeason ticket loan and Bike2Work schemeEmployee Assistance and Wellbeing Programme with free access to independent advice, support and counselling on a wide range of issuesDevelopment and career progression opportunitiesQualificationsEducated to degree level in a relevant specialism (e.g. English, Media, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design) or equivalent professional experience.Knowledge & ExperienceSignificant previous experience in a digital marketing role.Confident user of main social platforms – LinkedIn, X, YouTube, InstagramExperience of creating campaigns that increase traffic, engagement and conversions.Previous experience of working in the social care / charity sector (desirable).Knowledge of HTML and/or website design (desirable).Communication & People SkillsExcellent communications skills, with a solid knowledge of English grammar and the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing.Ability to work as part of a team and provide consistent support.Organisation SkillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to manage changing volumes of workload.OtherCommitment to the organisation’s ethos and aims, and the ability to respect, support, promote and work within a Jewish ethos.Acceptance of and commitment to the principles underlying the organisation’s Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety Policies.For more information and to be personally recommended for the role, please contact tali@theworkavenue.org.uk
