Digital Marketing Campaign Manager – 3 Month FTC

Location: London, England, United Kingdom

Oliver, part of the Brandtech Group, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join the client team at Barclays, working within their B2C Performance team on multi-channel campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver multi-variant marketing communications across paid and owned digital channels
  • Define audiences and collaborate with targeting teams to reach relevant prospects
  • Create and manage campaigns with strong targeting, messaging, tech innovation, and creative quality
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Centre of Excellence to ensure alignment with product messaging, brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks
  • Manage budgets to maximise ROI and drive commercial performance (solutions growth and cost per acquisition)
  • Maintain campaign timelines and plan continuity despite challenges
  • Develop clear roadmaps and testing designs with business stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Barclays UK Digital, Product & Marketing teams and external agency partners
  • Lead the campaign delivery lifecycle from ideation to in-channel execution
  • Report campaign performance and testing outcomes using Tableau or similar tools
  • Foster collaboration inside and outside the team to support a positive Performance Marketing environment
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with regular updates, recommendations, and risk/control governance
  • Demonstrate a proactive, customer-driven mindset and take ownership of risk and controls
  • Ensure high accuracy across all communications and uphold QA standards
  • Attend sustainability training relevant to the role and engage with sustainability research

What You Need To Be Great In This Role

  • Confident, smart, enthusiastic, proactive with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with energy; able to collaborate across teams to deliver campaigns
  • Strong multi-project juggling and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive Digital Marketing experience across paid media channels and end-to-end delivery
  • Experience working with media agencies; opportunities to optimise paid media plans
  • Experience with in-app banner advertising and customer journeys
  • Familiarity with pixels, tracking, tagging technologies, and analytics platforms (Tableau or similar)
  • Ability to define audiences and prompt AI tools to create effective short-form copy
  • Ability to hit objectives and deadlines and deliver to plan
  • Resilience to adapt to change and incorporate feedback
  • Track record of delivering results in competitive markets and prioritising high-impact activities
  • Commitment to environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability
