Role We are seeking an innovative, collaborative, and detail‑oriented Public Relations and Marketing Associate to support our communications and external marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high‑volume environment and is passionate about marketing. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in communications, PR, social media and branding. Key Responsibilities
Draft, edit and proofread press releases, social media posts and internal communications. Support the development of marketing and communications materials. Monitor media coverage and prepare summaries. Manage organization social media accounts in LinkedIn for both the corporate pages and senior leadership of the firm. Support the Firm Marketing team in executing strategic plans and campaigns. Monitor campaigns performance and compile reports on communications metrics. Help organize speaking engagements for senior leadership of the firm including talking points and event prep.
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have:
2–4 years’ experience in public relations, communications, branding and/or marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume workflows. Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross‑functionally. Comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Ideally, experience in private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investments. Prior involvement in investor events or marketing content creation.

Deliver consistent, accurate, organized and client‑ready work on time and juggle multiple projects effectively. Learn quickly and demonstrate proficiency as well as have a strong propensity to learn and grow in the subject area.

Demonstrate an understanding of client / stakeholder needs and deliver appropriate solutions that align with the department’s priorities. Be an effective, organized and clear communicator in both written and verbal format; present information simply, including complex and technical content.
Lead
Ask for and offer honest and constructive feedback, demonstrate an openness to feedback, and willingness to learn and look for the opportunity to further develop.
