This is why we now have an innovative 4-day-working-week which sees all employees working Monday to Thursday with the office closed on most Fridays.This is in addition to hybrid working with most staff taking at least one day a week based in the office.Other benefits include:Regular in-house trainingTravelCentral London location: 5 mins from Liverpool St Station and Shoreditch High StreetHighly competitive salaries, plus moreCycle to work schemeHome office expense allowanceLife InsuranceSeason ticket loan schemeAbout the roleAs Theirworld reaches the midpoint of its five-year strategy and grows as an organisation, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing needs.Based in London, the primary focus of the position will be assisting the Head of Supporter Acquisition and Retention and Digital Marketing Manager with a range of activities, from building engagements and lists in Salesforce CRM to sending out emails via Marketing Cloud as well as setting up, running, optimising and tracking our paid digital ads across Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.You will be provided with hands-on training and support in all our platforms and systems.The ideal candidate will report to the Director of Communications and be a highly organised and motivated digital marketing professional wanting to use their skills in a global children’s charity dedicated to ending the global education crisis.Main responsibilitiesThe Digital Marketing Assistant will support activities including but not limited to:Email campaigns: Briefing copywriters; building, testing and sending emails; providing basic reports; and helping create automated journeys for various campaigns and eventsPaid ads set-up and monitor: Writing ad copy; selecting and formatting suitable images from our image library; building, tracking and optimising campaigns. We currently run campaigns across Google Ads, Display, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTokWeb page lead capture: Creating landing pages, embedding forms, and ensuring tagging is set upLiaising with internal teams and third parties: Working with consultants and agencies to deliver against specific briefs as well as supporting requests from internal stakeholders and reporting back on resultsSEO set-up and tracking: Using our tool, Uber Suggest, to monitor current page performance across multiple websites, identify opportunities to optimise pages and spot content opportunitiesData reporting: Gathering and consolidating performance data across web, paid media, and email channels using tools such as Google Analytics and native platform reporting to provide clear and actionable insights to inform wider team decisions.Experience, skills and characterDetermined, enthusiastic and proactive ‘can do’ attitude.Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously with ease.A problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative.Some CRM experience is ideal, with experience in using Salesforce highly desirable.Experience with at least one paid display and/or paid social platform e.g. Google Ads, MetaExperience working with handraisers – or other types of landing pages and forms – is highly desirable.Ability to execute effectively under tight deadlines while staying organised and focused for results.A collaborative, hands-on attitude and team-player approach.A year of experience in digital marketingStarting at £28,000+ based on qualifications and experience.Apply for this rolePlease submit your CV and a covering email to jobs@theirworld.org including the name of the role of interest in the subject line of your email.Only open to applicants with the right to work in the UK.Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is successfully filled.If you have a disability and would prefer to apply in a different format or would like us to make any reasonable adjustments to enable you to apply or attend any interview, please let us know. #J-18808-Ljbffr
