We’re in an exciting phase of growth, offering the right person the chance to make a real impact and help shape the future of our artists and brands.Overview:We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who lives and breathes music, rave culture, and social media. You’ll work across our label and artist management businesses, supporting both established acts and emerging talent. Your role is to create bold, disruptive content that cuts through the noise – from promoting records, to supporting tours, to developing audiences and growing brands. You’ll spot trends before they peak, amplify campaigns across socials and paid media, and use performance insights to shape what comes next – all with creativity, initiative, and a fan-first mindset.Key Responsibilities:Paid Media Campaign Support – Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of paid social and digital advertising campaigns across platforms, ensuring effective targeting and spend efficiency.Campaign Reporting – Compile and deliver performance reports on digital marketing campaigns, highlighting key insights and recommendations to inform strategy.Social Media Management – Manage label and management channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice while growing audiences, and helping music reach new listeners.Community Management – Monitor and engage with fans across social platforms, responding to messages and comments to foster a positive, loyal, and active community.Catalog Marketing – Analyse catalogue performance across DSPs, report on key movements, and identify opportunities. Support anniversaries, reactivation campaigns, seasonal moments, and content initiatives to maximise visibility and long-tail engagement.UGC Management – Manage the ideation and execution of fast-turnaround, trend-led content and activations designed to connect with fan culture and moments online.Video Editing – Edit and prepare short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) optimised for digital platforms and fan engagement.About You:Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and creator culture.Proven experience within music, media, or entertainment brand environments.Skilled in basic video editing (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar).Strong written communication and copywriting abilities, with an eye for engaging content.Data-driven mindset with confidence in analysing campaign performance and reporting insights.Proficient with music reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Chartmetric, Co:Brand, Spotify for Artists, YouTube Analytics).Practical experience managing paid media campaigns via platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.Passionate about music, digital innovation, and fan engagement.Please send your application to jobs@lovingalliance.com.
