The Role

As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life online. Working closely with our marketing team, you’ll help create engaging content, boost brand visibility, and drive both in-store and online traffic.

This is an office-based role at our head office in Grangemouth, 30 hours per week, salary will dependant on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule posts for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc)
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Update and maintain the website (product pages, blogs, events)
• Create content including graphics, reels, photos and videos
• Support online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
• Engage with our online community and respond to customer queries

What we are looking for

• A passion for marketing and an interest in gardening or horticulture
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CapCut)
• Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools (like Mailchimp) and website platforms (WordPress)
• Strong communication skills and a create mindset
• Proactive, organised and willing to learn
• Team player with a friendly and professional demeanour
