oles and Responsibilities will include: Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media, email campaigns, and the company website. Support the production of marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and presentations. Help manage and update the CRM system and customer databases. Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and analytics. Assist with photography, video content, and visual storytelling for digital platforms. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) to gather content and insights. Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels. Salary, Hours and Benefits: £15,000 per annum Monday - Friday 9-5 23 days + bank holidays (Allocation for Christmas break will be deducted) Birthday Day Off

Required Grades - Maths C/5, English C/4 Your Training with Baltic: You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. Youll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
