OverviewWe need SEO, social media, email marketing, content creation, Pay-Per-Click - we want it all! We are now looking for an eager candidate to join our client as an apprentice. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Multi-Channel Marketer (Digital Marketing) level 3 apprenticeship.ResponsibilitiesCreation and scheduling of social media postsListening to social activity and responding across the network businessesResearch tasks for campaign-based activity, sourcing merchandise and event organisationUse of social scheduling tools and Content Management Systems to administrate websites, including improving Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)Budget/supplier management and reporting on the performance of digital marketing channels using analytics toolsInitiate and create copy for omnichannel campaigns and to design email campaigns using our Customer Relationship Management system with an integrated mass mailing functionDevelop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelinesPlan and coordinate marketing activities to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resourcesContribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign developmentUse research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the projectUse copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelinesBuild and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital mediaProofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and on brandUse software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specificationContribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and servicesOrganise offline and digital assets ensuring they are coordinated and legally compliantUse a website content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated contentCreate and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assetsUse technology and software packages to support day-to-day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project managementIdentify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectivesMonitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costsReview campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness and optimise the resultsMeasure and evaluate campaign delivery to identify areas for improvementUse data analysis tools to record, interpret and analyse customer or campaign dataQualification and requirementsLevel 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship StandardLevel 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)GCSE in English and maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalentCommunication skillsAttention to detailCreativeInitiativeShare if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience.
