While we support the Jewish community, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.The RoleThe Digital Marketing & Content Lead is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various online platforms including social media and websites, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on industry trends to drive brand awareness, digital engagement, and compelling content storytelling for multi-purpose use across the organisation. The role will lead Kisharon Langdon’s digital marketing efforts within a fast-paced marketing team.ResponsibilitiesWork with the Director of Marketing and Communications to manage and deliver the marketing and communications strategyGrow and manage paid and organic social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more)Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy for 2025-27Lead planning and creation of engaging digital content across social platformsProject manage the development of phase two of the main websiteOversee other Kisharon Langdon websites to ensure security and complianceCollaborate with external suppliers, agencies, copywriters, photographers, etc., as requiredYouEducated to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. English, Media, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design) or equivalent professional experienceFlexibility to work out of hours/weekends when necessaryDemonstrable experience in a digital marketing role with knowledge of website managementExperience delivering multi-media, multi-channel digital campaigns that increase traffic, engagement and conversionsConfident user of main social platforms – LinkedIn, X, YouTube, InstagramExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsPrevious experience of working in the social care / charity sectorWhat We Offer21 days holiday plus bank holidays and Major Jewish holidays (increasing with length of service)Pension scheme (NatWest Cushion)Blue light card with access to discountsEyecare benefits via Vision ExpressLong service recognition and reward & employer referral bonusSeason ticket loan and Bike2Work schemeEmployee Assistance and Wellbeing Programme with access to independent advice and counsellingDevelopment and career progression opportunitiesHow to ApplyClosing Date: 31st October 2025.
