Digital Marketing Account Manager

New Today

Summary If you’re looking for a role where you can actually see the impact of your work — not just shuffle campaigns around a dashboard — this is it. You’ll join a creative, award-winning agency that knows how to deliver campaigns that work , not just look good in a report. This is a chance to own your work, grow fast, and be part of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do (and each other).
The Client
The agency you’ll be joining has carved out a strong reputation in the hospitality and hotel space, industries where experience makes or breaks a brand. They’re not just running ads; they’re building smart, data-driven campaigns that help clients grow.
Inside the agency, the culture is exactly what you’d hope from a creative team: collaborative, energetic, and full of personality. They work hybrid (3 days in the office in Rugby), but connection is everything. Stand-ups, debriefs, and the odd playlist battle keep things moving. And when they’re not working on campaigns, you’ll find them on socials, trips abroad, or just sharing too many snacks in the office.
What sets them apart is how much they invest in their people. Training and growth aren’t lip service here. You’ll get proper one-to-one development, clear progression, and the freedom to shape your career.
The Role
You’ll manage a mix of client accounts, build campaigns from the ground up, and make sure results are delivered. This isn’t a “support the senior” type role, you’ll be trusted to own client relationships and campaigns of your own.
That means:
Running PPC, SEO, email, and CRO campaigns end-to-end. Turning client goals into strategies, then making sure they land. Digging into analytics and reporting insights that actually matter. Leading meetings and calls with confidence. Working closely with designers and developers to bring campaigns to life.
Is This You?
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have 2+ years in digital marketing (agency background helps). Know your way around PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, and campaign optimisation. Are confident in front of clients and can translate technical work into plain English. Like solving problems and taking ownership. Can balance working independently with being a team player.
It’s a bonus if you’ve worked in hospitality/e-commerce, run paid social campaigns, or used tools like Data Studio.
What’s in it for you?
£25k–£32.5k depending on experience. Hybrid working (3 days a week in the Rugby office). 20 days holiday (which grows the longer you’re there). Proper investment in your career with training and personal development. Travel opportunities to meet clients across the UK. A supportive team that knows how to work hard and enjoy themselves. Regular socials, plenty of perks, and an annual company trip abroad (past trips include Naples, Paris, Dublin, and Budapest).
