We are looking for a
Marketing Account Manager
with strong expertise in
META (Facebook/Instagram) advertising and content creation
to join our fast-growing team. Youll be working directly with clients (mainly roofing and electrical businesses) to build, manage, and optimise their digital marketing campaigns.
You will play a vital role in both strategic campaign execution and relationship management. If youre organised, creative, performance-driven, and know your way around META Ads Manager and digital content wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan, set up, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for clients.
Monitor performance and continuously optimise ads to meet KPIs.
Prepare and deliver campaign reports.
Client Communication:
Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
Lead client onboarding, campaign planning calls, and regular check-ins.
Understand client goals and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging ad creatives (images, copy, and short-form video).
Coordinate and produce social media content suited to the trades industry.
Use Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for quick-turnaround creative assets.
Strategy & Support:
Assist in building marketing funnels and messaging for roofing/electrical clients.
Stay on top of trends, META updates, and algorithm changes.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in
META Ads
(Facebook/Instagram advertising).
Experience creating social media content that converts.
Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns efficiently.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Google Ads (a plus), and CRM systems.
Knowledge or experience in marketing for trades (roofing/electrical) is a bonus but not required.
£28,000£35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + performance and client retention bonuses
