OverviewDigital Marketer (Design + Marketing)Reporting To: FoundersLocation: Fully Remote (India) - Working UK HoursSalary: Based on experience (₹18,000 - ₹20,000/month)ResponsibilitiesCreative Content & DesignVisuals: Design graphics, carousels, and visuals for all major social platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn), websites, and email campaigns.Video: Produce and edit short-form and longer videos, including AI-generated content.Concepts: Conceptualise campaigns, develop brand aesthetics, and generate new content ideas.Copywriting: Write concise and compelling copy for social media and email.Marketing ExecutionSocial & Community Management: Schedule content, engage with online communities, and monitor digital trends.Web & Email: Manage end-to-end email campaigns on Klaviyo (design, copy, automation, reporting) and update website content.Admin: Handle data entry, hashtag research, content calendars, and basic reporting.Project Variety: Work with diverse brands across different industries and objectives.Qualifications & SkillsEssential SkillsDesign: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is a must.Portfolio: A strong portfolio is essential, showcasing your creative design and video work.Organization: Highly organized, meticulous, and disciplined with strong attention to detail.Tools: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Excel for planning.Execution: Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.Experience & MindsetExperience Level: We welcome candidates with 0-1 year of professional experience, including fresh graduates and those with relevant internship or project experience.Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but a strong portfolio is valued most.Personal Traits: Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and takes ownership.
