With a diverse portfolio spanning strategy, simulation, and action titles, this is an opportunity to join an award-winning team dedicated to crafting standout experiences across the gaming landscape.We’re looking for a Designer/Marketing Asset Creator to join their in-house creative team,someone passionate about design, branding, and storytelling within the world of gaming.The RoleAs a Designer/Marketing Asset Creator, you’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Product Managers to deliver striking, effective marketing assets for a range of exciting game releases. You’ll play a key role in shaping visual identities across campaigns, from digital banners and logos to merchandise and full creative suites.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your creative career within a supportive, fast-paced studio environment that values innovation and visual impact.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Creative Director and Product Managers to develop engaging, high-quality creative assets for multiple game campaigns.Lead and manage creative projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand vision and campaign goals.Design digital assets for platforms such as Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo.Contribute to wider brand development, creating style guides, merchandise, and visual identities.Review and finalise creative output to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.Work proactively to manage workloads and meet deadlines, using project management tools effectively.Generate bold, original ideas that push creative boundaries and enhance brand presence.What We’re Looking For2+ years’ experience in a design role, ideally within a studio, agency, or freelance environment.Experience in the video games industry is essential.Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required).A creative eye and strong portfolio showcasing varied, high-quality design work.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret and deliver on creative briefs.Strong organisational skills, able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team.A genuine enthusiasm for learning, experimenting, and growing as a creative.Bonus Skills:Knowledge of animation, video editing, or 3D tools such as Blender.What’s on OfferThe chance to contribute to globally recognised indie game brands.A creative, collaborative environment that champions individuality and innovation.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
