Location: Bristol/London - Hybrid

The Demand Marketing Manager operates within the Employee Share Plans marketing team, supporting global demand generation with a focus on the EMEA and NA regions. The role involves close collaboration with portfolio teams, marketing delivery teams, and client facing teams to develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

The role operates at a global level, driving demand through channels like events, email, webinars, and digital marketing. Time constraints are critical, requiring strong organisational skills to managepeting priorities, while ensuringpliance with regional regulations and legal requirements.

A role you will love

As a Demand Marketing Manager, you will drive demand and awareness for our solutions through the planning, development, and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns. Focused on persona-driven strategies, you will use channels like events, email campaigns, webinars, and digital marketing to engage prospects and nurture client relationships.

Collaborating closely with the marketing delivery team and portfolio marketing, you'll help define campaign strategies, craftpelling messaging, and execute campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your content marketing expertise and strong copywriting skills will be key in delivering impactful messages.

You will managepeting priorities and timelines, overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle from content creation to optimisation and reporting, ensuring campaigns are executed with precision and drive measurable results.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and execute measurable campaigns across the EMEA and NA regions, selecting the right mix of marketing channels (such as email, events, digital, content) to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with business units, portfolio marketing, and client-facing teams to create integrated campaigns aligned with global priorities, targeting the right audiences.
  • Create and execute campaigns to drive lead generation, client engagement, and nurturing throughout the customer journey, strengthening relationships and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Delivery Manager and portfolio marketing to define and standardise campaign structure for efficiency and consistency.
  • Partner with the marketing intelligence team to measure, analyse, and optimise campaign performance based on data and insights.
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to create impactful messaging and ensure consistency across all campaign channels.
  • Managepeting priorities and deadlines across multiple campaigns while maintaining high-quality execution.
  • Ensure all campaignsply with regional regulations, legal requirements, and internal guidelines to minimise risks.

  • What will you bring to the role?

    Strong understanding of marketing channels such as email, social, events, webinar, content marketing, marketing automation. Expertise in persona-driven marketing strategies and campaigns. Proficiency in marketing automation tools ( Eloqua), CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Experience with campaign execution from ideation to optimisation and reporting, with a focus on data-driven results. Disciplined and process-oriented, with an eye for detail. Strong project management experience.

    Other key skills required for the role include:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive years of experience in demand marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles.
  • Marketing certifications in relevant topics such as marketing automation, campaign management, reporting.
