Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS business, is seeking a commercially minded individual to play a pivotal role in increasing and managing the inbound-lead pipeline by developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns. Collaborating across Sales, Development, and Content functions, the successful candidate will work within two of the key business segments, and act as a valuable member of a growing marketing team.

Location & Working Pattern

  • Leeds
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Development, and Content teams, aligning activities with the business’ revenue goals.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop & deliver targeted marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and social channels to increase engagement, nurture, and convert audiences.
  • Automation: Manage and optimise marketing automation platforms, implement lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture workflows progressing prospects.
  • Testing: Implement testing methods (A/B, etc) to improve engagement and conversion, optimising campaigns where necessary.
  • Sales Enablement: Working closely with the Sales department, create and distribute sales enablement tools and marketing assets, to support pitches/demos with the goal of increasing conversation rate and closing deals.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain reporting dashboards and report regularly on performance metrics, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Strategies: Implement data-led strategies to improve conversion rates/ROI, using analytics and attribution modelling.
  • Ownership: Manage and oversee the full sales pipeline from your lead generation activities, through to close.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a B2B Demand Generation or lead generation/sales focussed Marketing role
  • Previous experience within a SaaS or Agency environment is essential.
  • Experience targeting field service-related industries would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales pipelines and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Highly experienced with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinker with project management skills and an ability to execute with precision.
  • Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated, with an ability to take ownership and drive forward process with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
