Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned to business goals
- Collaborating with virtual teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and client communications
- Managing stakeholder relationships across senior leadership and business divisions
- Creating and maintaining compelling sales enablement materials and digital content
- Overseeing thought leadership initiatives including webinars, articles and client updates
- Monitoring and benchmarking competitor activity to inform campaign enhancements
- Ensuring compliance with brand, regulatory and governance standards
- Tracking performance metrics and reporting on campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing within asset management
- Strong understanding of the Retirement market in the UK
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging marketing content
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels
- Budget management and campaign ROI monitoring
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong project management skills
- A degree or equivalent experience; industry accreditation (e.g. IMC) is a plus
