As DC Channel Marketing Lead, you’ll create strategic, integrated marketing initiatives that drive commercial outcomes and elevate the brand in a competitive market. Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned to business goals
  • Collaborating with virtual teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and client communications
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across senior leadership and business divisions
  • Creating and maintaining compelling sales enablement materials and digital content
  • Overseeing thought leadership initiatives including webinars, articles and client updates
  • Monitoring and benchmarking competitor activity to inform campaign enhancements
  • Ensuring compliance with brand, regulatory and governance standards
  • Tracking performance metrics and reporting on campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing within asset management
  • Strong understanding of the Retirement market in the UK
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging marketing content
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Budget management and campaign ROI monitoring
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong project management skills
  • A degree or equivalent experience; industry accreditation (e.g. IMC) is a plus
