OverviewTo support the Commercial Manager in delivering and executing a marketing strategy to continue to grow the business. This includes managing short-term operational tasks such as customer service, ecommerce admin, and internal communications; driving medium-term marketing activity through content creation, events, influencer campaigns, and NPD launches; and contributing to long-term growth through partnerships and strategic brand development. You will also assist in the marketing activities of the wider group business as required. As we are a small team, you may occasionally be asked to support duties outside of these specified.Short Term (Immediate / Day-to-day execution)Responsible for customer service: While customer service is a full team effort, you will be the primary contact for customer queries, ensuring an exceptional experience at all times. Maintain high standards of customer service, particularly in relation to online queries and issues.Manage Ecommerce sales operation: This includes exporting daily orders and admin. You may occasionally be asked to process orders & help with dispatch when required. Support with order fulfilment when required.Excellent internal team communication: Constant communication is required to highlight issues, share good reviews/feedback, and ensure smooth operations across teams.Customer Data Analysis: Monitor customer feedback, and online reviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Assist PDM Produce in various marketing projects as required: This includes social media content creation, printed materials, and presentation materials for marketing projects outside of regular social media duties.Understand and communicate the brand ethos and messaging at all times: Ensure that the brand voice and tone are consistent across all communications.Medium Term (Strategic projects / Monthly–Quarterly focus)Content creation: Assist in creating one ‘high-effort’ video from content course per month. Being present on camera is important for social media engagement and building a personal connection with the audience.Assist in developing existing and creating new influencer campaigns, collaborations, and competitions: This includes conception and delivery of campaigns, nurturing current brand ambassador relationships, and engaging new, appropriate partnerships.Assist in NPD launch strategy: Product sampling, street sampling, events & content ideas.Monitor and report on competitor activity: Keep an eye on what competitors are doing, including new product development (NPD) and market offerings, to stay informed and ahead of trends.Oversee Partnerships: Take over the management of our partnership deals with Sports Clubs and build a strategy to extend/reduce based on impact.Manage Events: Leverage events and charity initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reinforce key messaging.QualificationsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeIndustries: Food and Beverage ServicesNotes: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at B.fresh Juices by 2x
