We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Loyalty Marketing Lead to take charge of a newly launched loyalty programme for a hugely popular UK brand.
Based full-time in beautiful, modern offices, you’ll be at the heart of the marketing team, developing and delivering campaigns that grow the programme, increase customer engagement, and keep members coming back. This is a hands-on role where your ideas and actions will have a direct, visible impact on the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading the day-to-day running of the loyalty programme
Creating engaging campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
Using data and insights to optimise performance and increase revenue
Working closely with teams across the business to deliver impactful projects
Ensuring all activity is compliant, on-brand, and customer-focused
What we’re looking for:
Experience managing loyalty programmes or CRM campaigns
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and customer journey optimisation
Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
Background in consumer goods or e-commerce is a bonus
