This varied role is responsible for supporting and leading the delivery of key projects and initiatives focused on the continued growth of the UKCS Customer portfolio across Consumer, SBS, and Corporate. There will also be an expectation to execute on some Marketing campaigns as required. You will own some smaller projects end-to-end, work closely with project managers and leaders on others, and in all cases work closely with key stakeholders and teams across the business to drive project success and continuous improvement, while providing analytical insights and ensuring effective project governance and reporting. This role requires experience in project management, marketing execution, and customer-centric thinking.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport or lead on projects focused on the continued growth of the UKCS Customer portfolio. Examples may include leading Project Verify (an initiative to update the ownership and ensure the compliant content and registration of customer-facing marketing webpages), or assisting with a multi-strand project to communicate to supplementary cardholders.Support or lead on projects focused on new marketing journeys, executing the delivery of these where required.
