The role is critical to ensuring high-quality user experience through a rigorous quality assurance approach and peer feedback.ResponsibilitiesBuild, test and execute CRM messages across the entire customer lifecycleContinually drive messaging optimization and best practice adoptionRun A/B and multivariate testsCoordinate with marketing teams to create and manage the end-to-end marketing campaign processCreate and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables and resourcesWithin the team, coordinate CRM workstreams and prioritise effectivelyTrack and communicate CRM messaging progressMonitor messaging campaigns and initiatives, flagging and mitigating issues where requiredTraffic messages utilizing targeting capabilities, considering business goalsImplement and audit all analytic encoding to enable messaging effectivenessReport and analyse on message performanceEnsure CRM operations conform to regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR)Requirements2+ years of work experience in marketing operations, analyticsProficiency using Braze platformExperience in Marketing/CRM automation and personalisationActive certifications in messaging platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Experience Manager)Understanding of messaging best practices (email, push, in-app)Strives for qualityHigh attention to detail and ability to readily spot potential bugs/issuesExcellent written/documentation skillsSkilled in Insights AnalysisWorking knowledge of SQLExperience working in agile teamsEffective communication skills with globally diverse culturesCurious and analytic mindset, striving to build expertiseMulti-lingual (desirable, excellent English language/written skills mandatory)How to applyFor more information or immediate consideration for this opportunity, please contact Charlie Grant at CPS Group UK on (phone number removed) or email (url removed).By applying to this advert you are giving CPS Group (UK) Ltd authority to hold and process your data for this specific role and any other roles we may deem suitable to you over time.
