We’re looking for a CRM Marketing Officer to join our Marketing, Outreach, Recruitment and Admissions (MORA) Division.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the design, delivery, and enhancement of CRM systems, campaigns, and communications for student recruitment and marketing purposes. Working closely with the Senior CRM Officer, you will help manage our communications and campaigns for enquirers, applicants, and their key influencers, and contribute to the enhancement of our key CRM systems and processes.


In this role, you will support the delivery of our marketing campaigns and communications, helping to attract and convert prospective students through multi-channel activity. You’ll work closely with the Senior CRM Officer and wider team to implement communications plans and ensure these are effective, timely, and insight-driven, and contribute to the enhancement of our key CRM processes and systems

  • You will make effective use of CRM systems to deliver targeted, timely, relevant and engaging information to our enquirers and applicants.
  • You will develop and implement communications to engage and build relationships with enquirers, applicants and younger students interested in higher education.
  • You will support the colleagues in student recruitment and marketing to maximise the collection of enquiries at internal and external events and via the web.
  • You will manage transfers of data into the student Recruitment CRM from other sources, and ensure data is managed according to relevant data protection and electronic marketing policies and legislation. 
  • You will work closely with the Senior CRM Officer and Marketing Campaigns Manager to develop suggested solutions for process and communications improvements based on data analysis.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and digital platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and Gecko, and working with HTML code.
  • Proven ability to execute, manage and evaluate email campaigns and communications effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work – especially when working with large datasets and producing communications templates.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • IT literacy including packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Power BI.
