What Youll Do Own and manage the CRM platform (Emarsys), ensuring campaigns and automated programmes are delivered with precision and creativity

Build and optimise workflows, audience segments, and reporting for both automated journeys and ad hoc campaigns

Collaborate daily with marketing, digital, and IT teams to deliver a world-class customer experience

Drive reporting and performance analysis of campaigns, turning insights into actions

Oversee data integration and hygiene across CRM, SAP, and external tools (APIs, imports/exports)

Work closely with agency developers to QA, build, and launch personalised email and cross-channel communications
