Were hiring a CRM/CX Marketing Manager to lead customer engagement through a robust marketing automation ecosystem. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a dynamic in-house marketing team, offering the opportunity to work hands-on with enterprise tech like Emarsys and SAP. What Youll Do

Own and manage the CRM platform (Emarsys), ensuring campaigns and automated programmes are delivered with precision and creativity

Build and optimise workflows, audience segments, and reporting for both automated journeys and ad hoc campaigns

Collaborate daily with marketing, digital, and IT teams to deliver a world-class customer experience

Drive reporting and performance analysis of campaigns, turning insights into actions

Oversee data integration and hygiene across CRM, SAP, and external tools (APIs, imports/exports)

Work closely with agency developers to QA, build, and launch personalised email and cross-channel communications

Keep up to date with best practices in CX, CRM and data protection (GDPR)

What Were Looking For

5+ years of CRM or CX platform experience

Any Platform experience is fine

Hands-on expertise in campaign management, segmentation, A/B testing, and automated marketing workflows

Strong technical awareness

comfortable working with HTML, APIs, and data flows across platforms

Experience working with SAP systems (e.g. SAP CDP, Commerce Cloud, Customer Data Cloud) is a plus

Highly collaborative, confident working cross-functionally with digital, IT, and external partners

Detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about customer experience and marketing innovation
