Must havesPrevious experience in CRM marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation

Strong experience managing CRM platforms and large customer databases
Confident creating targeted email campaigns and reviewing campaign performance
Solid understanding of segmentation and database management
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple projects and working independently

Nice to havesExperience working with recruitment CRM platforms such as Bullhorn

Experience using marketing automation software
Understanding of database marketing within recruitment or service-based businesses
Experience integrating CRM systems with marketing tools

What will you be doing?

Overseeing and developing the company CRM database to improve engagement
Planning and executing targeted email marketing campaigns
Creating and managing automated email journeys and nurture campaigns
Maintaining strong data quality through segmentation and database management
Monitoring campaign performance including open rates and engagement metrics
Producing reports and insights to help optimise campaign results
Collaborating with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and lead generation
Creating newsletters, updates, and marketing communications
Supporting wider digital marketing activity including LinkedIn campaigns
Identifying ways to improve CRM usage and marketing automation processes
