CRM Marketing Executive

New Yesterday

Overview

Ready to deliver data-led CRM campaigns that keep Specsavers customers engaged?

As a CRM Marketing Executive – up to 7-month FTC, you’ll join a team that connects with customers across Optics, Audiology, and Domiciliary, using data-driven email, SMS, and direct mail to deliver timely, relevant messages. You’ll support the Campaign Manager in optimising existing campaigns to improve performance and rolling out new campaigns across multiple channels.

Highly organised and detail-focused, you’ll take ownership of proofing, validating audience selection and approving customer communications. Your focus will be on ‘In-Life’ customers, from booking an appointment through to their next recall, often two years later.

You’ll manage CRM-specific queries from stores and customer service, action opt-out requests, and keep the team informed. You’ll also be involved in briefing creatives and campaign developers, collaborate with analysts to measure success, and support or lead campaign implementation.

Your role includes analysing performance, tracking volumes, managing purchase orders and invoices, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You’ll contribute to central marketing documents and help monitor always-on CRM activity to ensure consistency and accuracy.

We’re looking for someone with CRM experience who’s comfortable working with platforms like Adobe Campaign and PowerBI. You’ll work confidently with stakeholders at all levels, bringing a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This role closes on 25th September 2025: however, we may close the advert sooner if we get inundated with high-quality applications. So don’t delay your application, apply now and help us shape the future of CRM marketing.
