We are now recruiting for a CRM Marketing & Client Insight Analyst who is naturally curious and passionate about using data to better understand our clients. In this role, you'll support the CRM Marketing & Client Insight Manager to turn customer data into meaningful insights that help us design more relevant, emotionally resonant experiences across the client journey. You'll work with rich customer data sets to uncover patterns, measure performance, and continuously improve how we engage with clients—helping us build stronger, more personal connections at every touchpoint. Responsibilities
Analysing CRM, marketing, and client engagement data to identify trends and support business decisions. Working with the Senior Analyst to build and maintain regular dashboards and reports for key stakeholders. Contributing to client segmentation, lifecycle analysis, and measurement of campaign and journey effectiveness. Supporting the development of test-and-learn initiatives to improve personalization and relevance of communications. Conducting data quality checks and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs. Presenting and sharing data with marketing, digital, and technology teams to drive insight-driven improvements to client engagement. Translating data into clear, actionable insights through visualizations and concise summaries.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Ability to influence in a cross-functional team environment. Attention to detail and commitment to data quality. Previous experience in a data analyst role, preferably within a marketing or CRM context. Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer data management. Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Understanding of GDPR and data privacy considerations in marketing analytics.
Working schedule This role is based in our Bristol head office (BS1 5HL) and we offer a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum of two days in the office per week. Why us?
