Lead and grow the video creative stream - from concept to launch. Test new storytelling formats for web and app funnels. Launch creative experiments and scale top performers fast. Work hand-in-hand with UA to turn insights into winning ads. Analyze results, dig into CTRs and ROAS, and make every video better than the last. Keep an eye on the market and competitors - spot trends before they go mainstream. Explore new traffic sources and video formats - from UGC to motion storytelling.

🧩 What we’re looking for

1.5+ years of experience as a Creative Producer / Video Strategist / Performance Creator. A solid grasp of ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Applovin) and what makes users click. Experience producing and scaling video ads with measurable impact is a must, experience with static ads is a strong plus. Analytical mindset - you love data as much as creativity. A passion for kids’ content or family-friendly storytelling. Bringing on-board designer resources would be a great plus.
