We act as an extension of our clients’ marketing and creative teams, putting creative front and centre to deliver through smart, data-driven advertising. From creative strategy and production to campaign optimisation, we manage the full process across Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA and leading ad networks. We are a collaborative team of creative strategists, performance marketers and graphic / motion designers. About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to lead creative strategy and production across a portfolio of mobile app clients. You’ll turn insight and data into performance-driven ad concepts, overseeing the full creative process from research and briefing to delivery and optimisation. Acting as a creative partner to your clients, you’ll guide day-to-day strategy, manage communication and mentor junior team members. You’ll collaborate closely with in-house designers and performance marketers to deliver high quality ads that drive measurable growth. This is an ideal next step for someone with a foundation in creative marketing who is ready to take ownership of strategy, production and delivery. Key Responsibilities
Research creative trends, competitor activity and audience behaviour to inform performance-driven ad concepts. Own creative production, collaborating with in-house designers and performance marketers to develop actionable, hypothesis-driven briefs for video and static ads. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their creative partner: shaping strategy, communicating results and identifying new growth opportunities. Lead creative brainstorming sessions and manage small project teams to deliver high-quality work on time. Develop and present creative strategies, results and recommendations confidently to clients. Analyse testing and campaign data to extract learnings, guide iterations and improve ROI. Work with UGC talent to support content production.
Requirements and Skills
1-3 years’ experience in paid social, user acquisition, or creative marketing (agency or in-house). Curiosity, creativity and a collaborative mindset. Strong understanding of how creative impacts paid performance across major platforms and channels. Experience writing and managing creative briefs, with a sharp eye for storytelling and design. Confident communicator: comfortable presenting to clients and working cross-functionally. Analytical approach to problem-solving; proficient with data interpretation and campaign metrics. Highly organised, proactive and adaptable to shifting priorities. Passion for mobile apps, digital culture and gaming.
Nice To Have
Hands on experience with testing and iterating creative for subscription-based apps and/or mobile games. Experience working with UGC creators or directing influencer-style ad content. Understanding of performance metrics (CVR, CTR, CPI, ROAS) and how to optimise towards them.
