The Role

The role: The business is seeking a hands-on, ideas-driven Creative Marketing Manager to bring the brand to life across social, email, and content channels. This is a varied role for someone who can balance creativity with strategic thinking, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities:

  • Capturing engaging mobile-first content (video and stills) for social and email campaigns.
  • Planning and coordinating shoots from briefing through to delivery, ensuring assets work across multiple channels.
  • Managing and growing social channels (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) with a steady flow of compelling, on-brand content.
  • Building and deploying email campaigns (Klaviyo), including copywriting, scheduling, audience segmentation, and optimisation.
  • Analysing channel performance and using insights to refine strategy and content.
  • Coordinating brand activations, events, and shoots, capturing live and behind-the-scenes content.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being both creative and strategic — from developing fresh ideas and storytelling concepts to executing them with precision.

  • Solid knowledge of social platforms and email marketing tools (experience with Klaviyo preferred).
  • Organised and methodical, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
