Work alongside Performance and Design teams to craft high-quality campaigns that drive user acquisition on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.How You’ll Make An ImpactConduct research across social media, Reddit, blogs, Quora, and other platforms to uncover emerging trends, new hooks and audience triggersTurn these insights into attention-grabbing creative briefs for motion, UGC and staticWrite ad copy and hooks using engaging buzzwords that resonate with our target audienceCollaborate with designers to bring your creative concepts to lifeAnalyse creative test results to refine strategies and document findings, supporting a test-and-learn approachCollaborate with content, user research and marketing teams to leverage product and customer insights in our creative strategy across regions and channelsRequirementsWe believe brilliant marketers come from diverse experiences, and not every CV tells the same story. For this role, we’re especially excited by two types of background:Creative Marketing Professionals: Individuals with 2+ years of experience in creative marketing (including designers with performance marketing experience) within a fast-growing B2C company or agencyContent Creators: Creators with hands-on experience in producing viral content and growing Instagram/TikTok accounts in the US market, who are eager to deepen their expertise in app marketing, user acquisition, and growth strategiesWhichever path you’ve taken, some skills are essential for everyone, while others depend on whether you’re a creative marketer or content creator:A solid understanding of paid user acquisition principles and KPIsIn-depth knowledge of the steps required in creative development processesA proven track record of finding and scaling creative successes in paid acquisition campaignsA creative mind that can devise unique conceptual ideas to pitch our productExperience writing ad copy that resonates with diverse audiencesStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTubeExcellent research skills and the ability to spot and adapt trends to shape creative directionThe ability to quickly understand target audiences and translate insights, platform trends, and data into clear, actionable creative briefsA valid UK or European passport or working permit (no sponsorship requirements)Nice to have:Experience within subscription based app businessExperience in Video and UGC Content CreationDeep understanding of U.S. consumer behaviour, communication styles, and digital trendsBenefitsCompetitive salary tailored to your level of experience (Junior, Mid-Level or Senior).
