Creative Marketing Lead - Premium Menswear brand

Mode Search is delighted to be supporting a premium menswear brand with the appointment of a Creative Marketing Lead . This is a newly created role, reflecting the brand’s growth and increasing global presence.
The position is a hybrid role 4 days a week in office, and 1 from home. You will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with a small talented team.
The Role
Take ownership of creative brand marketing activity across UK, Europe and Middle East markets. Develop and deliver brand campaigns to elevate positioning and drive awareness internationally. Partner with wholesale and retail teams to create impactful marketing strategies and activations across all touch points. Collaborate with the Creative Director and internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Support international expansion with tailored marketing initiatives for new and existing markets. Work alongside the existing e-commerce-focused Marketing Manager to deliver an integrated, cross-channel strategy. Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise activity.
