Creative Marketing Assistant to join our client's well-established and stunning hotel near Oakham (Leicestershire) on a full-time basis.

What you will be doing:

Work closely with the in-house sales team, and an external sales consultant in planning, executing and delivering engaging marketing campaigns from Food and Beverage promotions to weddings and events. Collaborate with different departments in the creation of in-house promotions. Manage social media accounts and contribute towards the growth of the hotels online presence. Assist with digital content creation, promotional materials, and branding. Support the sales team and external consultants with marketing initiatives. Ensure consistent brand visibility throughout the property.

About you:

Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Keen to develop a long-term career in hospitality marketing. Comfortable using basic marketing/design software tools such as Canva, Mailchimp. Confident with different Social Media channels. Capable of working with different teams and departments. Hospitality industry experience and knowledge would be ideal, but not essential
