This is an exciting opportunity to work on premium cross-border transactions for blue-chip clients, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies across multiple sectors. The Role You will: Advise leading domestic and international private equity clients on complex buyouts, investments, exits, and restructurings Take a lead role on transactions, managing deal execution and junior teams Collaborate closely with specialists across the firm on multi-disciplinary matters Play an active role in client relationship development and business generation About You You will likely be: 5–7 years' PQE with solid experience in private equity M&A Qualified in England & Wales or a similar common law jurisdiction Experienced in leading and managing deals end-to-end Commercially savvy, highly organised, and a natural communicator Ambitious, collaborative and ready to step into a leadership role within the team Why Join?
