As a key member of LeShuttle’s dynamic Marketing team, the Continental Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful marketing strategies across Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. With a strong commercial mindset and a data-informed approach, you’ll collaborate across teams to turn insights into action, ensuring our marketing efforts are inclusive, relevant, and results-driven.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a multicultural environment, enjoys strategic thinking, and is passionate about making a real difference in how our brand is experienced across continental Europe.Strategic PlanningImplement marketing strategies aligned with LeShuttle’s business goals.Conduct market analysis using consumer insights and analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.Ensure marketing spend is focused on the right areas and channels.Set measurable goals for campaigns, branding efforts, and customer acquisition.Campaign ManagementOversee the design and execution of continent-wide marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.Tailor campaigns to fit local cultures, languages, and customer preferences.Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.Monitor and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights.Collaborate with the Media team to enhance media campaign effectiveness.CollaborationWork closely with Digital, CRM, Media, and Partnerships teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.Act as the key liaison between headquarters and regional teams to align global and local marketing efforts.Lead local consumer PR initiatives aligned with the continental brand growth strategy.Provide local insights and recommendations to PR agencies.Budget and Resource ManagementManage the continental marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and strong ROI.Prioritise time and focus on high-growth opportunities.Brand ManagementEnsure consistency in messaging across all channels and touchpoints.Adapt global brand guidelines to suit regional sensitivities without compromising core values.Stakeholder EngagementBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, agencies, and vendors.Collaborate with internal teams on brand projects and initiatives.Communicate project delivery updates to the Head of Marketing and senior leadership forums.Represent the marketing team in high-level meetings and presentations.Manage multiple projects that support commercial and customer needs.Market InsightsStay updated on market trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging technologies.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.Undertake any other duties and projects as directed by the Head of Marketing.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a likeRecognised marketing qualification (e.g. CIM, IDM) preferredProject or product management certification is desirable but not essentialDemonstrable experience in marketing, ideally across multiple European marketsProven ability to lead and deliver successful multi-country campaignsStrong strategic thinking with a commercial and data-driven mindsetDeep understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, and analyticsSkilled in interpreting market data to inform decisions and drive growthExcellent project management skills with a track record of timely deliveryClear and confident communicator, both written and verbalStrong relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholdersHighly organised, detail-oriented, and brand-consciousPositive, proactive, and solutions-focused approachLeads by example, aligned with the Getlink Leadership modelIf you are interested in applying, please submit your application online by Thursday 16th October 2025.Please Note: From 1 January 2021, non-British and non-Irish nationals who do not already hold a UK immigration status will be required to obtain a visa in order to be able to work in the UK.
