About the Role

You’ll be one of Hypervolt’s first marketing hires, responsible for shaping our brand identity and bringing it to life. This is a creator role: you’ll write, produce, edit, and publish content yourself, with support from freelancers only when needed. You’ll work across the spectrum, delivering polished, premium-feel content as well as fast, cultural hits. You will produce content for our own channels and collaborate with creators, influencers, and partners (from vehicle manufacturers to energy companies and media like AutoTrader and TopGear) for awareness, education, and acquisition.

What You’ll Do

• Establish our content studio: brand voice, visual identity, and creative formats
• Produce content yourself: writing, visuals, video editing, publishing
• Spot cultural moments and move quickly with smart, relevant creative
• Work side-by-side with Growth Marketing Manager to ensure content powers acquisition
• Own the content calendar: from flagship campaigns to fast cultural hits
• Test different formats (UGC, short-form video, etc.) and double down on winners

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in content, brand, or social roles with measurable impact
• Comfortable rolling up sleeves—writing copy, editing video, and shipping posts yourself
• Strong cultural radar and creative instincts for content that resonates
• Confidence across mediums (writing, visuals, video)
• Analytical ability to measure reach, engagement, and brand lift
• Excited to set the tone for Hypervolt’s brand, hands-on until growth requires additional help
